For updating Deposits with Payments you may have to manually remove the payment line from QuickBooks. While on a Deposit go to 'Edit > Delete Line' to remove the payment line from the deposit. Now you can re-submit the ID to update. QuickBooks does not allow payments to be modified once their deposited, so they may need to be removed.
