Invalid Token

Tokens are unique and may only be used in one agent at a time.

When a user receives an Invalid Token error on the agent, there are two different causes:

  1. The token was not entered correctly.
  2. The token is entered on another agent.

To resolve this error:

  1. Make sure the token entered is correct.
  2. If the agent is installed on multiple computers, ensure the token is not being utilized on another machine, or provision a new user token.
