Tokens are unique and may only be used in one agent at a time.
When a user receives an Invalid Token error on the agent, there are two different causes:
- The token was not entered correctly.
- The token is entered on another agent.
To resolve this error:
- Make sure the token entered is correct.
- If the agent is installed on multiple computers, ensure the token is not being utilized on another machine, or provision a new user token.
