Response Times

It is important to keep in mind that response times can vary based on several different factors:

• The internet connection
  • Are they connected via WiFi, ethernet, 4G?
• The user's environment
  • Is it a local environment?
  • Are they using a Remote Desktop?
  • Are they using a virtual machine or a hosted environment?
  • Does the user's environment have a firewall?
• The size of the company file
  • Larger files take longer to process
